Thursday 17th March 2022 marks National Social Care Day of Remembrance and Reflection.

It is being held to remember people using and working in Care Services who lost their lives because of Covid-19 and who are grieving loved ones. It is also an opportunity to reflect on the huge contribution that people working in Social Care whether in home care, residential and nursing homes, community teams etc. have made through each stage of the pandemic.

Our CEO, Sue Cawthray was live on BBC Radio York at 7:30am to talk about the impact Covid-19 has had on the Social Care sector.
