At Harrogate Neighbours we meet as a senior team every week, to discuss the current situation around COVID-19 and the challenges we continue to face on a daily basis. The latest from Public Health England and North Yorkshire County Council is that there are a few new confirmed cases of the virus in Harrogate and we are advised that we should continue to stay alert and continue with our infection control protocols.
Heath Lodge remains closed to all visitors and there is a procedure in place for window visits which is booked via the home. At The Cuttings we are closed to all visitors until further notice and we have been told by NYCC this will be reviewed again on the 30th September and any changes will be communicated to all our clients, and families.
Our main aim is to keep our clients, residents, tenants, volunteers and staff and their families safe and we are very grateful for the huge support from everyone during this very challenging time – you have all been amazing and we thank you.
Welcome to Harrogate Neighbours Housing Association!
We are a not-for-profit organisation with charitable status, providing affordable quality care services for elderly people across the Harrogate District and the neighbouring boroughs.
Every day hundreds of elderly people in Harrogate & the surrounding areas feel lonely and isolated. Our purpose is to help as many of these people as possible to live happy, comfortable lives with the respect and dignity they deserve.
Our services are tailored to individual needs; from simply delivering a freshly prepared hot meal every day, right through to providing round-the-clock care in our residential homes: The Cuttings & Heath Lodge. We have an extremely dedicated team, who provide older people with the care and support they need.
Compassion, care and comfort are at the core of everything we do.
If you would like to find out more about how we can help, contact our friendly team on 01423 888 777 or follow us on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram – links at the top of the page.
Our flexible services are designed to give elderly people the support they need, as they need it.
By giving just a small amount of your time, you could help improve the lives of local people.
The generous support of the local community ensures we can continue our invaluable work.
